If you’d like to book, WE NEED TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PLEASE:

  • STYLE OF GRAZING TABLE (IF ORDERING A GRAZING TABLE)

PLEASE let us know THE ABOVE and we will send you a full bespoke quote.

A 30% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON THE CONFIRMATION OF ORDER, WITH THE FULl BALANCE DUE UPON DELIVERY/completion of SET UP.

we do not hold dates, DUE TO THE SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF INQUIRIES WE receive DAILY.


DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, ONLY DATE CHANGES IF WE ARE TOLD WELL IN ADVANCE.


do you have menus/what food is included?

OUR PLATTERS INCLUDE ARTISAN CHEESES, CURED MEATS, OLIVES, ANTIPASTI, PICKLES, NUTS, DRIED + FRESH SEASONAL FRUITS, GARNISHES, CRACKERS + CHUTNEY. COMES ON DISPOSABLE BOARD.

AT GRAPE AND FIG WE HAVE FOOD 'STAPLES' THAT WE ALWAYS AIM INCLUDE IN EACH OF OUR TABLES:

  • a selection of SPECIALTY CHEESES
  • a selection of ARTISAN CURED MEATS (CAN BE SWAPPED FOR FALAFEL, SWEET POTATO PAKORA, koftas etc. IF VEGETARIAN)
  • LOCALLY BAKED BREAD, CRACKERS, DRIED FRUITS, NUTS AND CHUTNEY
  • ANTIPASTI (OLIVES, SUNDRIED TOMATOES, PICKLES, STUFFED PEPPERS ETC.)
  • INDULGENT ACCOMPANIMENTS (PATE, DIPS (hummus) ETC.)
  • SEASONAL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
  • SWEET TREATS
  • AND OF COURSE...A PLETHORA OF GRAPES AND FIGS!

WE SHOP LOCALLY FOR SEASONAL PRODUCE, AND ALWAYS FIND NEW AND EXCITING ELEMENTS TO INCLUDE IN OUR TABLES, SO EACH AND EVERY ONE IS SLIGHTLY different AND UNIQUE.

tHEREFORE WE don’T PROVIDE ‘SET MENUS’, BUT We love to include variety OF each of the above mentioned, to make sure every guest is pleased.

if there is something specifically you wish to see, or want us to avoid, we can always work together to ensure it's just right!

how do you deal with DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES?

can you cater for vegan/ vegetarian/ gluten-free/halal etc…?

CAN THE MEAT AND VEGETARIAN/VEGAN SECTIONS BE SEPARATED PLEASE?

how does the food keep fresh and cool?

WE KEEP ALL FOOD COOL DURING TRAVEL TO THE LOCATION/VENUE.

TABLE/S MUST BE PROVIDED IN A COOL AREA AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT.

FOOD ON THE GRAZING TABLE CAN BE LEFT OUT FOR 4 HOURS. WE DO NOT DEAL WITH COOKED FOOD OR FISH.


how far will you travel and how much do you charge?

WE ARE A greater london (RM11) BASED COMPANY. TRAVEL COSTS ARE WORKED OUT ON MILEAGE FROM US IN rm11, at 45P PER MILE.

WE TRAVEL AS FAR AS 4/5/6 HOURS FROM HQ FOR CERTAIN BOOKINGS. OF COURSE IT WOULDN’T MAKE SENSE TO TRAVEL TWO HOURS FOR A SMALL PLATTER DELIVERY, SO WE CONSIDER EACH JOB ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS!

for largeR jobs more than two hours drive away we may have to stay overNIGHT NEAR THE VENUE, IF OUR TABLESCAPE EQUIPMENT IS HIRED.


do you provide tables?

A SUITABLE TABLE MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLES (yet!)


how long do you need to set up the table?

if hiring our tablescape equipment, we will need 1 hr to unload and set up ready for the food to be placed and styled. we will then need a further 1-3 hrs to get your table ready for your guests, DEPENDING ON THE length BOOKED.


do you supply PLATES, CUTLERY AND NAPKINs?

GRAPE & FIG DO NOT SUPPLY PLATES, CUTLERY OR NAPKINS BY DEFAULT.

WOODEN CUTLERY, BAMBOO PLATES AND WHITE PAPER NAPKINS CAN BE PROVIDED AT AN EXTRA COST.

PLEASE ENQUIRE IF YOU ARE INTERETSED.


do you DISPOSe of the left over food after the event?

GRAPE & FIG ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF FOOD WASTE POST-EVENT, but where and when possible we will aim to limit food waste and will offer left-overs to local homeless shelters etc.

WE DO OFFER A ‘clean up service’- once your guests have had their fill, we will return within 4 hours to clean up the grazing table (BIN BAGS ARE TO BE DISPOSED OF BY THE CLIENT/VENUE). great for weddings to make for a seamless day. only offered with the hire of our tablescape equipmenT.


do you require parking on-site?

WE REQUIRE PARKING AT SITE TO UNLOAD THE FOOD coolers AND TABLESCPAPE EQUIPMENT PLEASE. IF THERE IS NO OR LIMITED PARKING, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILL TRY AND FIND A SOLUTION.


Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. We also have current food hygiene and health and safety training requirements. we pride ourselves on having the best standards, ensuring the best produce & food handling.


WILL YOU USE IMAGES FROM OUR EVENT ON GRAPE & FIG SOCIAL MEDIA?

YES, UNLESS OUR CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS EXPLICITLY ASK US NOT TO USE IMAGES TAKEN AT THEIR EVENT, WE WILL USE THEM ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
